physical damages to the vehicle and the civil responsibility
opposite to third for damages to the foreign property and for

Not insurable risks
Fire, lightning and transport:
▪ Fire provoked of intentional form by the policyholder or for his
consanguineous relatives or for affinity, or personal of his service or under his tutelage, overcoat or protection.
Theft and Robbery:
▪ Theft or robbery of teams of repairs and/or hardware unless they
are stolen or stolen in union of the vehicle of insured engine.
▪ Theft or robbery committed by consanguineous relatives or by
affinity of the policyholder or by personal of his service or
under his tutelage, overcoat or protection.
Crash and Overturn:
▪ Entire or partial Fire happened by Crash or overturn, unless the
vehicle of engine was assured also against fire.
▪ Crash or overturn happened in areas or ways not declared
officially of public transit.
