takes place inside the geographical limits and during a specific
validity indicated in the conditions of the insurance policy; from
the provider store up to the of the policyholder.

Not insurable risks
The insurance policies of transport do not cover the following
losses:
▪ The ones caused for atmospheric phenomena
▪ Those caused by violation of the laws or product of prohibited
commerce
▪ The damages caused by plagues such as: rats, woodeaters, others.
Procedure for Claims
Present the following documents to Seguros Banreservas:
▪ Legal record
▪ Written Notification of the policyholder, detailing as the
catastrophe happened
▪ Quote of damages that includes quantity and total
▪ Merchancy conduce
▪ Invoices of the transported merchancy
