This insurance covers against all risk the losses or material
damages of the insured glazing caused by accidental break,
including damages as a consequence of:
▪ Fire and/or Lightning
▪ Riot and strike
▪ Explosion and dangers of the nature
▪ Damages for air ships and terrestrial vehicles
▪ Damages for smoke
▪ Damages for accidental water
▪ Malicious Damages

Not insurable risks
Excluded risks, but that can be covered by means of express
agreement:
a) For scrapings or other superficial defects
b) For destruction of the goods for acts of authority
c) For hostile activities or operations of declared war or not,
invasion of foreign enemy, internal war, revolution, rebellion,
insurrection, suspension of guarantees or events that cause facts or
law situations.
d) By forces of the nature or any another accident that by means of
agreement previous with the policyholder is excluded from this
insurance policy
e) For removal of the crystal and while did not remain properly
placed
f) Crystal decoration set (such as silver-plating, gilding, dyeing,
painting, engraving, court, patellae, intensifications and similar)
or to its frames
g) For repairs, alterations, progress and/or painting of the place
here described and/or of the crystal or insured glazing
Procedure for Claims
Please present the following documents:
▪ Police record, in case the catastrophe has happened for riot or
theft
▪ Relation of the damages
▪ Description of how did the accident happen, as well as the
total amount of the damages
▪ Quote of crystal restoration
▪ Pictures
