or jointly responsibility, will be imputed to the policyholder,
and the acts of the employees of the policyholder for acts or
omissions realized in the performance of his labor assignment of
medical profession, auxiliary, pharmaceutical doctor and lab
workers.
Damages caused by
the use of the instrument and device of diagnostic and therapy
necessary for development of his profession, as soon as these
devices are recognized by the medical science.
Damage for policyholder civilly responsible in his quality of
proprietary lodger for the places and facilities destined in
exclusive interview to the exercise of his profession including,
for damages to third produced because of fire or explosion that
has his origin in the above mentioned places and facilities.

Exclusions:
The
consequences of prescribing or of administering pharmaceutical
products not approved by sanitary authorities.
Damages that cause claims for the purpose has not been obtained in
any class of operations of plastic or aesthetic surgery.
Damages derived by blood transfusions.
Claims for the breaking of the professional secret.
Claims derived from the medical attention to patients with AIDS.
Damages to the goods of the policyholder.
Responsibility as a consequence of a working - management relation.
Damages caused intentionally or with bad faith.
Exercises under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants or drugs.
Damages caused by abuse of functions of his competition.
Responsibility derived from the use of curative procedures that have
not received recognition of scientific entities.
